Working with Black Diamond was one of the most productive exercises I have been involved with (both personally and professionally) over the past several years.  In fact, I wish I would have had this coaching earlier in my career, as it would have helped with some of those “bumps” we all experience in work and in life from time to time.  Last fiscal year ended up as one of my best, which was great.  This year will be a challenge, but I’m prepared for the challenge and working on things to help ensure success. The coaching process left me with the tools and techniques to continue setting and achieving goals on a go-forward basis.
