We offer a research-based, carefully vetted DISC assessment by TTI Success Insights.  TTI SI is the only provider of DISC assessments in the marketplace that generates 384 unique reports, based on both the high and low scores revealed in each individual’s two DISC graphs (natural style graph and adapted style graph).  We have adverse impact study, peer-reviewed research, validity studies and are EEOC and OFCCP approved.

We offer a Motivators assessment, defined by 12 Driving Forces, to help people take control of their decisions, their life’s direction, and their appreciation of others.

Personal Talents and Skills Inventory

We help people gain true insight into the perspectives that affect superior performance so we can better coach them to utilize their skills.  The Personal Talent and Skills Inventory is unique in its ability to assess an individual’s cognitive structure through three dimensions of thought. The assessment results reveal what individuals are capable of doing by ranking their personal skills and describing their potential for workplace performance.

TriMetrix

Based on a unique 37-factor analysis, our TriMetrix assessment reveals a person’s specific traits in three areas that describe the how, why and what of individual performance. This is accomplished through an unbiased assessment of the Behaviors people bring to the job, the Values that motivate people to do a job, and their potential to provide the Personal Skills required by the job.

360 Surveys

360/Personal Performance Surveys measure the effectiveness within each key position which is crucial to the ongoing success of an organization. 360 surveys allow respondents to provide valuable feedback regarding the effectiveness of another individual’s performance.
